612mtb is a youth development mountain bike team serving riders in 6th - 12th grades, who live in south Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our riders attend, or will attend, Southwest, Washburn, Roosevelt, and South high schools, or reside in south Minneapolis and attend other schools without teams of their own.
We train together as a single team, and race under the banners of our respective schools. All team activities occur under the umbrella of the Minnesota Cycling Association (MCA).

Our mountain biking season runs from early July to late October. For athletes who choose to race, the 5 race MCA series begins in late August and culminates with the state championship in mid-October. Registration for the upcoming season typically begins in May.
